Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. margarine
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat in. Set aside.
    Cream margarine, remaining sugar, egg yolks and vanilla extract.
    Beat until creamy.
    Add milk to dry ingredients.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Coat berries with a little flour.
    Pour half of batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add berries, then rest of batter.
    Sprinkle top with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
