Curried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 dashes paprika
    2 tsp. curry powder
    3 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    3 c. cooked and peeled shrimp
Preparation
    Blend together butter, flour, salt, paprika and curry powder. Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook until thick and smooth.
    Stir constantly.
    Add ketchup, sherry and shrimp; heat thoroughly. Serve over rice with condiments such as Indian relish, chopped nuts, raisins, hard-boiled egg whites and yolks, shredded coconut and Major Grey's chutney.
    Serves 6.
