Cranberry Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. fresh cranberries
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Butter 9-inch pie plate.
Layer cranberries on bottom of pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
In a bowl, beat egg until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating until thoroughly blended.
Stir in flour and melted margarine.
Blend well.
Pour over cranberries and bake 45 minutes.
Serve with ice cream.
