Apple Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 apples
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Spread butter on bottom and sides of 9 x 9-inch pan or 9 x 13-inch for double recipe.
Cut apples in pan.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
Combine eggs, milk, flour and salt until smooth.
Pour over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
