Pepperoni Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. pepperoni
Preparation
    On a floured surface, roll dough out thin.
    Beat egg and add oregano and garlic powder.
    Spread on dough (you don't have to use it all).
    Place Provolone on dough.
    Add pepperoni on top, overlapping.
    Sprinkle with a little oregano.
    Put Mozzarella on top.
    Roll in log fashion.
    You may use toothpicks to hold together.
    Place on an oiled cookie sheet.
    Put a little oil on surface.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
    Serve with pizza sauce.
