Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then stir in pulp, milk and beaten egg. Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve cold.
