Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. ground almonds
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Using beater, cream butter and sugar.
Add almonds, flour, salt and extract.
Mix with hands into small balls.
Roll enough to make dough stick together.
Line
a cookie sheet with foil. Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown.
While warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
