Crawfish Etouffee(Club Member: Lee Higginbotham) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block butter
    1 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 lb. crawfish, shrimp or crab
    1 (8 oz.) block Philly cream cheese
    4 oz. cognac
    1 bunch onion tops
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. Season-All
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell pepper and butter until browned. Add cream of mushroom soup with cream cheese; let cook down for approximately 1 hour. Add seasonings; add seafood with cognac. Cook for 20 minutes on low fire. Add onion tops and stir until well mixed. Serve over rice, hot.
