1/2 c. white bread crumbs
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. finely chopped canned or pickled jalapeno peppers (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
