Baked Corn With Sour Cream And Jack Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 c. fresh corn kernels or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    1/2 c. white bread crumbs
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. finely chopped canned or pickled jalapeno peppers (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 10-inch quiche dish or 6 cup shallow baking dish.
