Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, molasses, milk, egg and spices. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Make into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
