Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature peanut butter cups
Preparation

Cream together butter and peanut butter with sugar and brown sugar.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir together flour, soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture to make smooth dough.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place in ungreased miniature muffin tins.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Have mini peanut butter cups ready, papers removed.
