Pasta And Cheese Salad(With Herbed Yogurt Dressing) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. (8 oz.) uncooked pasta shells
1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese slices, cut in 1/2 inch wide strips (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.)
1/2 c. cooked green peas
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 container (8 oz.,) plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared Dijon style mustard
2 tsp. dill weed, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) fresh tomatoes, cut in wedges or cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation

Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
Place in a large bowl with Cheddar cheese, peas and celery.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, salt and black pepper.
Pour over pasta mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add tomatoes just before serving.
