Chicken Eugene - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chipped beef
4-6 boneless chicken breast
4-6 strips of bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1- 8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Tear chipped beef and place in bottom of pan. Take bacon strips and wrap around each piece of chicken. Place in dish. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together in mixing bowl and pour over chicken. Bake for 2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
