Pecan-Cheesecake Squares(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Microwave (High) the butter in uncovered glass mixing bowl for 20 to 30 seconds or until softened.
Blend in brown sugar until creamy.
Mix in flour with fork until crumbly.
Stir in pecans. Set aside 1/2 cup mixture.
Press remainder into bottom of 8-inch square microwave-safe dish.
Microwave (High), uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until mixture is puffed and has a dry appearance, rotating dish once.
Set aside.
Microwave (High) the remaining crumb mixture in uncovered dish for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring once or twice.
Set aside.
