Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar 5 minutes.
Add lemon and pumpkin.
Sift together the six dry ingredients and fold in egg mixture.
Put in greased and floured 10 x 15 inch pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Invert cake onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll in cloth and cool.
To make filling, mix last four ingredients together, beating well.
Unroll cooled cake, spread with filling and reroll.
Chill.
