J.L.T. Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 medium onions, diced
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 celery stalks, diced
    8 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 (20 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Pour oil into
    14-inch Dutch oven and heat.
    Add onions and cook
    until
    clear.
    Add
    meat,
    bell
    pepper and celery; thoroughly\tbrown.\tWhen
    done
    skim or drain off grease.
    Add tomato sauce
    and
    stir well.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Add beans and chili powder and allow to simmer for 45 minutes.
