No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs, mix sugar and flour well.
    Add eggs, then milk, margarine, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into two 9-inch pie pans or one deep dish pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until coconut browns on top and pie is set.
