Holiday Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    8 slices bread, broken up
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown sausage until cooked and crumbly.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Add bread and stir.
    Add cheese, mushroom and sausage.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
