    2 c. spaghetti sauce (meatless, low sodium)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    5 oz. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
