Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onion.
    Add parsley flakes, bouillon cube, seasonings, tomato paste and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese and eggs; beat well.
