Turnip Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 medium turnips
    1 rutabaga, chopped
    2 potatoes, chopped
    6 c. chicken stock
    1 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    lemon zest
Preparation
    Melt butter in large pan.
    Saute onion; add peeled and chopped vegetables.
    Add chicken stock.
    Simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Reserve 1 1/2 cup vegetables.
    Puree the rest.
    Return to vegetables; add cream.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
