Maui Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 whole chicken breast (about 1 lb.), skinned, boned and cubed
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    1 small sweet red pepper, cut into strips
    3 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1/2 c. bamboo shoots, sliced
    1-2 slices fresh ginger
    1 c. fresh pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. whole cashews
Preparation
    Combine broth, white wine, sherry, sugar and cornstarch in 2 c. measure.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Cook on HI for 1 1/2-2 minutes or until sauce is clear, stirring once; set aside.
    Combine chicken, green and red peppers, green onions, bamboo shoots and ginger in 2 quart casserole.
    Cover and cook on HI for 6 minutes.
    Add pineapple, cashews and sauce mixture.
    Cover and cook on HI for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
    4 servings.
    Total cooking time:
    9 1/2-11 minutes.
