Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium zucchini (about 1 1/4 lb.), thinly sliced and divided
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
    1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
    1 large egg
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion in a skillet until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles.
    Drain off pan drippings.
    Stir in tomato sauce and next 4 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
