American Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. celery, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown onion, celery and meat for 20 minutes or until ground beef is done.
In an ovenproof dish (approximately 10 cup size dish).
Mix cream of mushroom soup and water together and add the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until the rice tastes done.
