Lazy Pierogi Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. screwy noodles
2 cans sauerkraut
1 lb. mushrooms or 2 large cans
1 can mushroom soup
onions
Preparation

Boil noodles.
After sauerkraut is cooked, saute it with chopped onions in pork fat or margarine.
Mix noodles with sauerkraut, mushrooms and undiluted soup in casserole.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered.
