Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans. Combine all wet ingredients. Add all dry ingredients and mix until moist. Pour into pans and bake 25 minutes. Cool and remove from pans.
