Wheat Honey Loaf With Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. coarse salt or 1/2 tsp. table salt
    2/3 c. honey
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
Preparation
    Makes 1 (8-inch) loaf.
