Baked Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 dozen whole oysters
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. clam juice
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1/2 c. mushrooms, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
salt & pepper
Preparation

Shuck oysters; drain and reserve half of the shells. Combine parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, clam juice and chili sauce with 6 Tbsp. melted butter. Dip each oyster into this sauce and place in a shell on a baking pan. Spoon remaining sauce over oysters. Sprinkle a tsp. of chopped mushrooms on each oyster. Stir cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle over oysters. Dribble remaining butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
