Cabbage Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round (no fat)
    1 medium head cabbage, cut into 1/2-inch squares
    5 ribs celery, cut
    5 carrots, cut
    2 medium onions, cut
    5 cloves garlic, cut, or 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 (15 oz.) cans chili beans
    1 (46 oz.) cans V-8 juice
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut with juice in blender
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    6 c. water (maybe more)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Saute cabbage, celery, onions, carrots and garlic in butter in big pan.
    Add everything else and let cook for 1 hour.
