Spinach Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 heaping tsp. minced onion

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter in oven and remove.
In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add flour, milk and seasonings.
Mix well.
Add cheese, thawed spinach and onion. Pour into pan and bake 35 minutes.
Remove and cool 45 minutes to set.
Cut into bite size pieces.
To freeze, place on cookie sheet.
When frozen, transfer to plastic bag.
To reheat, bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Makes 35 to 45 pieces.
