Jam Brown-And-Serve Rolls* * * * * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
    12 brown-and-serve dinner rolls
    12 tsp. apricot preserves or orange marmalade
Preparation
    The Frittata recipe came from a magazine that
    I copied when we were living in Arizona.
    It reminds me of a Basque omelet I used to make years ago that used leftover vegetables.
    The red peppers actually make a prettier dish.
