Spinach Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spinach
6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
6 Tbsp. minced onion
6 Tbsp. heavy cream
5 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook the cleaned spinach until tender; drain thoroughly.
Chop coarsely and add the cheese, onion, cream and 4 tablespoons of the butter.
Arrange in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle the crumbs, mixed with the remaining butter.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
