Pasta Fagul(Serves 3 To 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil (or to cover bottom of pan)
    1 large clove garlic
    3 to 4 cans tomato sauce
    pepper and salt
    1 pinch basil
    1 c. pasta
    2 cans cannellini beans or Great Northern
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine oil and garlic.
    Saute until brown. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour (also basil, salt and pepper).
    Add 1/2 hot water and beans; heat thoroughly.
    Cook pasta; add just before serving.
    Serve with crusty bread and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
