Quick Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring sugar, cocoa, butter, milk and salt to a boil.
Boil 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal.
Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
Let cool.
Yields 36 cookies.
