Simple Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thighs or breasts, skinned
2 c. Cheez-Its crackers, crushed
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Dry wipe chicken. Dip in 1 tablespoon oil. Shake off excess oil and roll in cracker crumbs. Lay in casserole dish. Shake a little salt and pepper over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
