Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 tube crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to directions on package until tender but not mushy.
Put in greased casserole dish (I use a 9 x 13-inch).
Next, mix onions, celery, cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over vegetables.
Melt margarine; mix with crackers. Sprinkle over top.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbles in center.
