Maria'S Banana Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. (2 medium) mashed bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. water
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; add bananas and egg.
Dissolve soda in water, then add to first mixture.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Fill muffin tins which have been greased.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
Remove from pans and roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 18 large or 30 small muffins.
