Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. Baker's moist toasted coconut
Preparation

Cream butter.
Add sugar and vanilla and cream together until light and fluffy.
Add flour all at once and blend.
Add coconut, mixing well.
Shape into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Chill 15 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Roll in additional powdered sugar while still warm.
Makes 3 dozen.
