Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. grated carrot
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine sauerkraut, onion, carrots, green pepper and pimento in a large bowl.
    Mix vinegar, oil and sugar in small bowl.
    Stir vigorously.
    Pour over sauerkraut mixture, stirring to coat. Chill overnight.
