Fresh Spinach And Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach or fresh garden spinach
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 medium red onion, sliced thin
    2 oz. (1/2 c.) Blue cheese, crumbled
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    6 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a small bowl or jar, combine garlic, salt, thyme, oil and vinegar.
    Shake and pour over salad.
