Ham, Potato, Pea Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. dried onions
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can sliced potatoes
2 c. diced, cooked ham
3 slices cheese
1 can green peas
Preparation

In microwave, saute onions in butter (1 1/2 minutes raw, 1/2 minute dried).
Blend flour, milk, salt and pepper.
Cook 4 1/2 minutes; stir every 1/2 minute.
Combine potatoes, peas and ham. Place cheese slices on top.
Cook 5 minutes.
Turn dish halfway through cooking time.
Let stand 10 minutes.
