Sarah'S Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked and drained
6 to 8 eggs, beaten with 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Add sausage to egg mixture.
Butter dish.
Trim bread.
In buttered pan, put a layer of bread.
Top with sausage mixture, then another layer of bread topped with sausage mixture.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
This can be made ahead and refrigerated.
