Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 eggs
    4 slices bread, soaked in water, then squeezed
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/2 c. Pecora Romano grated cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs (plain)
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll into balls.
    Fry in frying pan, or bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until brown.
