Easy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) ready to bake pie crust
3 eggs
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Slightly beat eggs in a bowl; add brown sugar, salt, shortening and syrup.
Beat for 1 minute.
Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle pecans on top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes until set.
