Roasted Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin seeds
    4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash pumpkin seeds and place in saucepan. Cook in water and salt over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Drain the seeds in a colander and lay on paper towels to dry.
    In a large bowl, toss the seeds with melted butter until they are evenly coated.
    Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable spray and spread the seeds over it.
    Bake for 30 minutes, tossing occasionally until lightly browned.
    Store in an airtight container.
