Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. (1 cube) margarine
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream together the sugar, margarine and oil.
Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
Mix well and then add all the other ingredients.
Again mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover top of batter with the chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
