Pie Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar (approximately)
Preparation
    Use pastry blender or 2 knives to cut in Crisco and flour. Add sugar and salt.
    Measure water; beat in egg and add vinegar. Add to flour mixture.
    Do not overmix.
    Make into patties as for pie.
    Makes 7 to 8 pie shells.
