Charlie'S Chocolate Covered Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
6 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 (8 oz.) boxes Hershey's baking chocolate (sweet or semi-sweet)
1 (14 oz.) bag coconut
Preparation

Mash enough brown potatoes to make a cup; stir in vanilla extract if you wish.
You can add coconut at this time, then slowly add the powdered sugar until you have the right consistency to roll into balls.
Put balls in the refrigerator while you melt chocolate.
When chocolate is ready and balls have gotten cold, you can now dip the balls in the chocolate and place them on waxed paper.
