Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) brisket
    2 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    6 to 8 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except barbecue sauce.
    Brush liberally on both sides of brisket.
    Wrap in foil and \"marinate\" overnight in refrigerator.
    Cook for 5 hours in a 300\u00b0 oven, adding 6 to 8 tablespoons barbecue sauce just before the last hour.
    Slice thinly and enjoy!
    Serves 6 to 8.
