Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 large cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary
freshly ground pepper
6 small chicken thighs, skinned
3 c. bran flakes cereal
6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
lemon slices or fresh rosemary sprigs to garnish (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine mustard, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and pepper.
Coat chicken in mustard mixture.
In sealable bag, combine bran flakes and Parmesan.
Seal bag and crush bran flakes.
Place chicken pieces in a bag a few at a time and shake to coat with crumb mixture.
